Here's a look at who's making this success possible.

Steve Byrne, Partner

Mr. Byrne is the president and founder of CapSource and a founding partner of EquiSource. Mr. Byrne's philosophy of forward-thinking colors the entire company. Since he founded CapSource in 1997, the company has grown to well over $100 million under current management. With 27 years of banking, commercial real estate and trust deed lending experience, Mr. Byrne has closed more than $4 billion of real estate deals, including $1.5 billion in privately funded transactions. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in economics and accounting from Hastings College. Mr. Byrne has called Nevada home since 1990.

Andrew M. Jolley, Partner

Mr. Jolley's responsibilities include business development, investment analysis, underwriting and project management. Prior to joining the EquiSource team, he was vice president of business development for a Las Vegas-based real estate development and construction company. There, he was responsible for feasibility analysis and acquisitions in three states. Since 2001, Mr. Jolley has put his real estate expertise to work in a variety of projects throughout Nevada, Arizona and Utah, with specific emphases in the Las Vegas and Phoenix markets. He earned a BS in business administration from BYU and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at ASU. Mr. Jolley is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Suzie Bopp, VP of Operations

Over the course of her career, Ms. Bopp has processed over 1,000 real estate transactions totaling more than $1 billion. She leverages this considerable experience as the chief loan processor for CapSource as well. A Las Vegas resident for more than 33 years, Ms. Bopp has worked with some of the foremost private lenders and title companies in the area - in addition to operating Foreclosures of Nevada.
